  • By purchasing a ticket to this Galentine’s event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    Ticket Policy

    • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.

    • If you are unable to attend, you may resell your ticket at no higher than the original purchase price.

    • If you resell your ticket, you must notify us in advance with the full name and contact details of the new attendee. Entry may be refused if details have not been provided.

    Attendance & Entry

    • Tickets are valid for the named attendee only.

    • We reserve the right to refuse entry if attendee details do not match our records.

    Liability & Personal Responsibility

    • Attendance at the event and participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk.

    • This includes, but is not limited to, use of the pool, sauna, and any other facilities or activities offered during the event.

    • We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, or personal belongings during the event.

    Health & Safety

    • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in any activities, including use of the pool and sauna.

    • Please follow all venue rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance at all times.

    Event Changes

    • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the event schedule, activities, or offerings if required.

    • In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be contacted directly and given a refund within 30 days of event.

    • By attending, you consent to photography or video being taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless you advise us otherwise in writing prior to the event.
